Still under design development. A lot of green sustainable initiatives came into this clubhouse in Cagayan de Oro. Bike racks, rainwater recycling facility, indoor air quality control, light pollution mitigation, natural cooling measures and solar electricity system. The aesthetic is made to stand out visually within the community facility block, using massive yet classic elements for emphasis and impression of stability. Still under design development, the structure is annexed to a sports facility and can accommodate special gatherings and weddings. It’s operated by the estate HOA and can also generate regular income through rentals of its function rooms. Updates on its features will be posted once the construction drawings are finalized.
