For a pocket development, one can be accused for scrimping too much on open spaces in exchange for larger dwelling units. But one can create a balance, a balance between community and individuality, between outdoors and indoors, by blurring the lines and boundaries.

Let’s ask some questions. Where shall my lawn end? Can the street safely double as my children’s playground? How do we control vehicle speed? How do we create sustainable sunshade? How can we ensure pedestrian comfort?
