Located in a very prominent location that is zoned under Parks and Recreation by the local government, the recreational park puts in several ingredients to ensure that it becomes a successful development. Multi-modal accessibility, technology, mixed-uses, strategic ride positioning and selection, crowd control and security, and maximization of the area’s natural scenes. The development will be done in phases and, looking forward beyond COVID-19, Phase 1 is slated to be launched in the near future.
