This clubhouse project is part of a housing community and is positioned to snap a “picture” of the city view at the edge of a hill. Upon arrival, with the axis of the sightline aligned to the lobby, the best view ahead has been framed creating a visual portal. As an enclave for relaxation and socialization, the structure incorporates several COVID-19-safe design elements by making the most of cross-flow ventilation, outdoor seating, multi-use indoors paces, washable floors, and maximum daylighting.
