It’s a very tired cliché but it dictates the architecture, spatial allocations, and the lifestyle of the end users. It all begins with what real estate agents keep on repeating about the three most important aspects of a house. And these again are: location, location, and location.
The design has features that draw the users out of the main house through a garden pavilion and an activity deck. These provide functions that allow users to bond over a fire pit, enjoy the views of the mountainside, and entertain guests in the open. It also provides a private cave at the lower tier for some comfortable peace and quiet.
